immigle (hereinafter referred to as "the Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") is a Canadian immigration firm committed to protecting the privacy of our clients (hereinafter referred to as "Client," "You," or "Your"), whether You are an individual or a company accessing or using our services. We are responsible for the collection, processing, and disclosure of Your personal information as described in this Policy, unless specified otherwise.

2. Services

immigle provides Canadian immigration consulting services, including but not limited to visa applications, permanent residency applications, and citizenship applications. Please note that our services are not available to individuals or entities from countries sanctioned by Canada.

3. Private Organization

immigle is a private organization and is not affiliated with the Canadian government or any other governmental entity. While we provide professional immigration consulting services, please be aware that immigration applications can also be submitted directly to the Canadian government.

4. Information We Collect

We may collect personal information from you in a variety of ways, including when you visit our website, register on the site, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available on our site. The types of personal information we may collect include your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and payment information.

Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency such as Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada).

8. Payments

We may provide paid products and/or services. In that case, we may use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors). We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

9. Decision Making Authority and Refund Policy

All decisions regarding immigration applications are made by the relevant Canadian government authorities. We do not have the authority to grant or deny immigration status. Our role is to provide advice and assistance based on the information you provide.

10. Refund Policy

The client may discharge representation or terminate the retainer agreement, at which time any fees paid will be refunded. The refunds are prorated based on the work done and the stage of your case when it is stopped. Refunds for services rendered are subject to the following conditions:

  • Initial Stage: in case immigle receives a notice of withdrawal No later than 3 days after client paid the first payment, 15% of the total professional service fees will be retained regardless of the payment plans.
  • Reviewing Stage: in case immigle receives a notice of withdrawal More than 3 days after client paid the first payment, 30% of the total professional service fees will be retained regardless of the payment plans.
  • Advanced Stage: in case immigle receives a notice of withdrawal After initiating the work on case depending on application types, 50% of the total professional service fees will be retained regardless of the payment plans.
  • No refunds will be provided for completed services or if a visa application is denied due to misinformation or lack of documentation provided by the client.

11. No Services to Sanctioned Countries

We do not offer services to individuals or entities from countries that are subject to Canadian sanctions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone from a sanctioned country.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
